Costs of delivery
All prices in the site includes taxes, discounts and delivery prices. At the moment an order for purchase is inserted, the electronic module will indicate the comprehensive cost of the selected items, no additional price for shipping and handling will be added.
Right of refusal
Objects purchased from Tenuta Torciano are subject to the norms foreseen by D.L. 22 maggio 1999 n. 185: the consumer may exercise the right of refusal within 10 (ten) days of the receiving the product.
Way of exercising the right of refusal.
The consumer who intends to exercise the right of refusal must send within 10 (ten) days of receiving the item a registered letter with notice of reception, containing: a manifestation of the wish to take advantage of the benefits conceded by the law, a description of the item, the progressive number of the order made at the moment of purchase or ordering, and data relative to one's bank account (name of bank, local bank agency, number of account, ABI, CAB, etc.) to the following address:

As an alternative, the consumer can send:
a) an email, within 10 (ten) days of receiving the item, to the above address,
b) a fax to the same within 10 (ten) days of receiving the item to +39.0577.950055 indicating the same details as in the registered letter mentioned above.
In both cases, a) and b), the communication must be confirmed within 48 hours of sending the telegram or fax by means of a registered letter with notice of reception, sent to the above address.
To obtain a reimbursement, within the same term of 10 (ten) days from the date of receiving the merchandise the consumer must, in addition, send back by post the item for which he wishes to exercise the right of refusal.
The item must be sent together with the bill of delivery and/or the bill of accompanyment attached to the item at the moment of delivery.
Reimbursement
Within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the communication, in which the consumer manifests the wish to exercise the right of refusal, Tenuta Torciano will make reimbursement through a bank transferral. The above reimbursement refers exclusivcely to the price of the item as shown in the order form and in the bill of delivery: in any case the expenses for sending and delivery of the product are not an object of reimbursement and will remain the responsibility of the consumer. A necessary condition for the exercise of the right of refusal is the substantial integrity of the item and its wrapping.
Shipping Policy
You must be at least 21 years old to order and receive wine in the U.S. by federal law. By placing an order you represent to Italy Direct that you are at least 21 years old. At time of delivery someone 21 years or older must be present during normal business hours to sign for the package. If no one is available during normal business hours at your shipping address to sign for the package we encourage the package to be shipped to your business to insure fast, interruption-free delivery. Void where prohibited by law.
