Procedure:
First, dissolve yeast in warm water. Put the flour in a bowl and pour the warm water at the center with the yeast inside. Add a pinch of salt, two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and sugar. Once the mixture is smooth and homogeneous, let stand for an hour and let rise.
Spread about 2/3 of the dough and make a thin sheet, put the dough on an oiled baking sheet. Add the grapes without seeds. If you prefer, you can add dill or rosemary.
With the remaining dough, make a second sheet and cover. Close well the edges and decorate with a few berries of grapes above. Add a sprinkling of sugar and a drizzle of olive oil.
