Procedure:
In boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti. Meanwhile, put the olive oil, garlic and red pepper in a frying pan on medium heat and cook, stirring often, for about 5 minutes, until the garlic will be golden. Pouring wine and continues to cook stirring for about 20 seconds.
Blow fresh spinach, after add the drained pasta. Mix everything well. Add a pinch of salt if necessary.
Serve hot pasta with spinach. If you prefer, you can also add grated Parmesan cheese.
