The harvest in Torciano Tenuta winery and wine tasting is made with the traditional system that for centuries the family has been using since 13 generations ago. We were fortunate to have our Vineyard in Tuscany, especially Chianti one of the areas that produce wines among the best in the world. And wine connoisseurs will tell you that a good wine is the result of the fruit from which it is produced.

Then continue with the harvest of red grapes like Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Sangiovese, and through the Canaiolo.
The grapes are placed in baskets and taken to the cellar for the stripping, which is the separation from the berry raspo.
