"Valle dei Cerbiatti" (“Valley of the Fawns”) Vineyard
The land of this vineyard consistes mainly of clay and limestone, with little organic substance. This vineyard is cultivated on the woody slopes of the Appenines where the soil is composed of stones. The climate is dry and windy and creates full-bodied wines, with a good structure particularly adapted for long aging. This vineyard produces beautifully ripe fruit that goes into our full-flavored Merlot.

This vineyard is located in the warmer hill ofSan Gimignano, with its well-drainedand clay loam soils , with its climate dry and windy, excellent conditions to produce beautifull ripe grape that goes into our full-flavored delicate Vernaccia of San Gimignano.

 "La Valle d'Oro di Montepescini" ("Valley of the Montepescini Gold")
In this beautifully Gold Valley there are vineyards producing intense Cabernet Sauvignon for use in our Reserve IGT wines such as Bartolomeo; cultivated on the woody slopes of the Appenine Tosco-Emiliano at 300 metres.
The land is clay and limestone and the the soil is low in acidity.The climate is quite dry, creating ideal conditions to produce wines of a superior elegance and depth of personality, rich with fragrance. |
 "La Valle degli Etruschi" ("Valley of the Etruscans")
The lands of this vineyard are located within an ideal microclimate in a small valley which holds the heat particularly well.The soil is limostone and rich in minerals, perfect for growing lively Sangiovese.
The Valle degli Etruschi is mainly planted with Sangiovese grapes and a small quantity of Malvasia, Trebbiano and Canaiolo, the classic Chianti varietals.
