and solid format and in about one hour our guests have the chance to
learn many important things about the wine history, the COMBINATIONS
WINE/F0OD, the SENSE of the mouth and of the nose, the TECHNIQUES OF THE
TASTE, and the GALATEO OF THE GLASS. Besides all the important sides as
