The first thing to do to cook this fabulous dish is to start by cooking the spaghetti in a large pot with salted water. Drain and reserve two tablespoons of the cooking liquid.
In a frying pan over low heat, sauté the garlic in the extra virgin olive oil until golden but not browned. Add the chilies and the reserved cooking liquid. Now add the spaghetti and season with the chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Mix well everything and spaghetti with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and chili is ready.
You can add grated parmesan cheese or a drizzle of pepper oil.
