Clean and thinly slice the artichokes, simmer them with a potato cut into fairly small pieces and broad beans, together with the minced garlic clove, salt, pepper and a few ladles of water.
It will take about 20-30 minutes to cook in a pan with a lid. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti and drain them al dente, then add them to the artichokes, potatoes and beans, which will have reached a creamy consistency. Mix everything and serve the dish still hot and steaming.
