Brunello Gioiello 2014 - Montalcino in the province of Siena, famous for its history and natural and artistic beauty.This wine is made exclusively from Sangiovese Grosso grapes, called "Brunello", cultivated in hilly areas with good exposure at an altitude of 400m a.s.l. on ground which dates back to the Ecocenico Era.
Over the years it has gradually acquired greater fragrance, a more velvety flavour, greater harmony and a delicately intense bouquet. Its color is a deep ruby red, tending to garnet with age. It has a strong personality with a dry, full, smooth, well balanced flavour.Excellent with pasta dishes garnished with sauces made from wild boar andm eat, with tasty noble game roasts and poultry as the Fiorentina Steak. Also exceptionally good with mature and spicy cheeses.
The vintage was presented with a hot summer but throughout the year temperatures were maintained regular, with important rains in the month of May and June. Also in the month of Sept, in Tuscany, at the beginning of the month have occurred of thunderstorms, creating discomfort during the step of harvesting the grapes but helping to make an overall great wine.
Bolgheri DOC Gioiello 2019 Red Wine - The Bolgheri Gioiello is characterized by an intense ruby red color, enriched by violet reflections. The bouquet has intense fruity scents, with evident hints of blackberry and blueberry and light spicy nuances of leather and tobacco.
In the mouth is a wine of great structure, with tannins present but soft and velvety and excellent persistence. Perfect to accompany red meats, it is ideal in combination with the traditional Florentine steak. Excellent also with aged cheeses. The prime quality and structure of this wine demand excellent first courses and risottos with sauces made from wild boar and hare, tasty red meat dishes such as roast game, vegetable soufflé and spicy mature cheeses.
The Bolgheri of Tenuta Torciano born in Tuscany. It is produced at 40% with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, 40% with Merlot grapes and 20% with Syrah grapes, vinified with a careful control of the fermentation temperature. Before bottling, the wine rests for 12 months in oak barrels, to create a perfect combination of power and amiability.
Dom Pèrignon 2010 - While the grape variety proportions remain secret, we know that it is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, from 7 Champagne Grand Crus : Ay, Bouzy, Verzzenay, Mailly, Chouilly (Mont-Aigu), Cramant (Les Buissons), Avize, Mesnil sur Oger (Les Joyettes), and one Premier Cru : Hautvilliers, this famous town where Dom Pérignon lived. He was a monk from the abbey of the same name, and an outstanding œnologist for his time.
The colour is a shimmering gold. The nose is floral with a wide range of fragrances from pepper spices (white and grey) to a touch of toasted brioche… To the palate : beautiful freshness and a lot of finesse, but also very complex with a light spicy finish.
