This combination, with the clay-based soil and particular climate, are the ingredients which create a superior red nectar. With a deep ruby red color tending to garnet with age has a round, complete and elegant bouquet. Hints of wood can be perceived amidst the typical herbaceous notes. Its flavour is dry, full and smooth. The prime quality and structure of this wine demand excellent first courses and risottos with sauces made from wild boar and hare, tasty red meat dishes such as roast game, vegetable soufflé and spicy mature cheeses.
1 bottle Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Goldvine 2017 DOCG This wine is produced with selected grapes of Prugnolo, that are characteristics of the district of Montepulciano. The bouquet opens to wild fruit aromas with distinct mineral tones, that define and delineate the aromatic offering. The mouthfeel reveals good complexity, his color is a strong ruby, brilliant color tending to garnet with age. Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is the ideal companion for game and mature cheeses. Excellent with pasta with tasty meat sauce, roast meat, finely sliced raw meat and pecorino cheese. 1 bottle Chianti Classico Goldvine 2018 DOCG Selected Sangiovese Grosso grapes come from vineyards planted over 15 years ago cultivated on hilly ground in polychrome schist soils at an altitude of 500m a.s.l. The colour is deep, clear ruby red tending to garnet with age. Has an intense bouquet with a slight aroma of violet. His harmonious, dry, tasty and slightly tannic flavour has refined to smooth and velvety with time. It's excellent with all courses of a meal and exceptional with mushroom risotto, roast meat, cannelloni, stewed meat and chestnuts. This sangiovese was blended together other grapes like Cabernet and Pinot Noir.
