The Bolgheri 2019 of Tenuta Torciano born in Tuscany. It is produced at 40% with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, 40% with Merlot grapes and 20% with Syrah grapes, vinified with a careful control of the fermentation temperature. Before bottling, the wine rests for 12 months in oak barrels, to create a perfect combination of power and amiability. The Bolgheri Gioiello is characterized by an intense ruby red color, enriched by violet reflections. The bouquet has intense fruity scents, with evident hints of blackberry and blueberry and light spicy nuances of leather and tobacco. In the mouth is a wine of great structure, with tannins present but soft and velvety and excellent persistence. Perfect to accompany red meats, it is ideal in combination with the traditional Florentine steak. Excellent also with aged cheeses.
The Brunello di Montalcino 2014 wine is made exclusively from Sangiovese Grosso grapes, called "Brunello", cultivated in hilly areas with good exposure at an altitude of 400m a.s.l. on ground which dates back to the Ecocenico Era. Montalcino in the province of Siena is famous for its history and natural and artistic beauty. Over the years this wine has gradually acquired greater fragrance, a more velvety flavour, greater harmony and a delicately intense bouquet. Its color is a deep ruby red, tending to garnet with age. It has a strong personality with a dry, full, smooth, well balanced flavour.Excellent with pasta dishes garnished with sauces made from wild boar andm eat, with tasty noble game roasts and poultry as the Fiorentina Steak. Also exceptionally good with mature and spicy cheeses.
