4 bottles Chianti Classico Vicario 2017 - A Selected Sangiovese Grosso grapes cultivated on hilly ground in polychrome schist soils at an altitude of 400m a.s.l. With a deep, bright, clear ruby red tending to garnet with age. Its bouquet is intense with a slight aroma of violet. The flavor is harmonious, dry, tasty and slightly tannic, refining to smooth and velvety with time. The deal companion for noble poultry, game and mature cheeses. Excellent with pasta served with tasty meat sauce (pappardelle for the best), roast meat, finely sliced raw meat and pecorine cheese.
