Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1000 ml: This quality italian extra virgin olive oil made from handpicked olives grown on select Italian estates specifically chosen for their rich soil, the age of their trees and the quality of their harvest. Well-suited for everyday culinary applications such as drizzling, sautéing and frying. The olives are harvested during the middle of the harvest season, resulting in a mild taste profile, with soft green nose, notes of almond and a momentary peppery finish.
Balsamic Vinegar Reserve 250 ml: The nose of this medium-thick condiment balsamic vinegar opens both sweet and tart, with notes of molasses and hints of fruit. Sweet and fruity on the tip of the tongue, a pleasant amount of acid creates an interplay of sweet and sour on the mid-palate that is a sheer pleasure. This delicious condiment leaves one with the impression that the balance of sweet and sour leans slightly to the sweet. An aged balsamic vinegar like this perfect as well as on the vegetables to flavor rice dishes, soups, meat, fish and salad; is a delicacy to accompany both soft and aged cheeses, strawberries and fresh fruit in general, ice cream and frozen desserts, as well as a valuable ingredient for tasty cocktails.
Truffle Olive Oil 250 ml: This precious condiment is made of a tasteful olive oil and White Truffle Aroma. When you put it on a dish you clearly distinguish the forest and earth notes that generate the rude flavour of the white truffle in contrast with the gentle one of our olives. White Truffle olive oil is great with any mushroom dish, pasta or risotto. Try drizzled over your favourite potato dish to enhance the exquisite flavour of truffles.
Pepper Olive Oil 250 ml: When our best extra-virgin olive oil falls in love with natural pepper grains the result is a very tasteful love story! After having left them soak together for more than a month we gain an exceptionally-flavored olive oil, with an aroma and taste that can give your recipes a special spicy touch. This product is especially suitable for flavoring sauces, rice, pasta, salad, steamed vegetables, cream, meat, fish, pizza, seafood, carpaccio, or even just to enjoy on a piece of bread.
Chianti "Crete Rosse" DOCG 2019: A grape-variety of Sangiovese and Canaiolo. Grows on hills dating back to the Pliocene era. A wine of ancient origins, the territories of which were extended in 1716 by the Grand Ducal Proclamation to beyond the hills, known as Chianti. It's characterized by a bright red color tending to garnet with age. His bouquet is intense and fruity and its flavour is austere, full-bodied, tasty and slightly tannic, refining to smooth and velvety with time. This wine goes well with roast game, red meat and spicy cheeses, pasta and risotto with meat sauce.
Italian Red Wine "Villagiachi": Red from the fine selection of grapes grown in Tuscany and assembled with other international varietals. Produced in Tuscany by hilly terrain and heavy clay soils and farming system in the back. A ruby red wine, fruity and floral with hints of vanilla, balanced flavor, pleasantly bitter, sincere and soft tannins. Better served with dishes rich in red meat and game, soups and succulent.
