Truffle Olive Oil 250ml: This precious condiment is made of a tasteful olive oil and White Truffle Aroma. When you put it on a dish you clearly distinguish the forest and earth notes that generate the rude flavour of the white truffle in contrast with the gentle one of our olives. White Truffle olive oil is great with any mushroom dish, pasta or risotto. Try drizzled over your favourite potato dish to enhance the exquisite flavour of truffles. We suggest you to try it on our Truffle Lasagna (often present in Tenuta Tociano's menus) for the properties of this oil that exalt the flavours of the queen of italian pasta. "Bartolomeo" Super Tuscan IGT Toscana 2016: The Sangiovese, from the Latin "Sangius jovis", is the predominant grape-variety in this wine and the calm, elegant characteristics of the Cabernet give this wine ample olfactory complexity and greater strength to both body and flavor. The color is deep ruby red, tending to garnet with age. With a dry, full and smooth flavor, rich with personality and well structured, complete and elegant, with an evidently aristocratic character; hints of wood can be perceived amidst the typical herbaceous notes.
Torciano Cookbook "About San Gimignano. My journey into the secret of Tuscan cuisine": This book represents a complete guide into the secret of Italian cuisine. A whole collection of the “grandma’s dishes” of an Italian family, that include 80 simple, authentic recipes from tradition from breakfast to dinner, easy and tasty dishes for every occasion.. The story is narrated by teen chef Vittoria, a 16 years old girl, who found the old grandma’s cookbook in the ancient Medieval tower of San Gimignano, and decided to rediscover her family’s culinary tradition.
Vittoria is a young and curious girl that explores the original Italian recipes from her fresh point of view, paying attention to genuine ingredients, true flavors, peasant traditions… It will be a whole recipes collection for every taste, from Italian classics, like hand-made pasta and ragù, to typical Tuscan recipes, such as ribollita soup, Fiorentina steak and cantuccini biscuits.
