Selected grapes of Prugnolo (Sangiovese). This vintage offered both. The bouquet opens to wild fruit aromas with distinct mineral tones that define and delineate the aromatic offering. The mouthfeel reveals good complexity and lots of bright freshness. His color is a strong ruby, brilliant colour tending to garnet with age. Its boquet is strong with light-violet fragrance, elegant with Sapid, mellow and soft-velvet flavour. Ideal companion for noble poultry, game and mature cheeses. Excellent with pasta served with tasty meat sauce, roast meat, finely sliced raw meat and pecorino cheese.

"Cavaliere" is an aristocrat wine with elegant and personal flavor. With a deep ruby red tending to garnet with age it's a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot. Its bouquet is Round, complete and elegant. Has a dry, full and smooth flavor. The prime quality and structure of this wine demand excellent first courses and risottos with sauces made from game, red meat, and mature spicy cheeses.

Red from the fine selection of grapes grown in Tuscany and assembled with other international varietals. Produced in Tuscany by hilly terrain and heavy clay soils and farming system in the back. A ruby red wine, fruity and floral with hints of vanilla, balanced flavor, pleasantly bitter, sincere and soft tannins. Better served with dishes rich in red meat and game, soups and succulent.
