Pinot Grigio "Goldvine" DOC 2020: Pinot Grigio is the Italian name for Pinot Gris, a white mutation of the Pinot family. It shares its genetic fingerprint with Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and several other varieties. The wines are most commonly described as dry white wines with relatively high acidity. These characteristics are complemented by aromas of lemon, lime, green apple and blossoms. A white wine with delicate coppery highlights and a fragrant aroma of toasted almonds and yeast. A cuvee of the best Pinots, its body and structure are enhanced when accompanied by fish main courses, as well as hors d’oeuvres and light first courses.
Morellino di Scansano "Monogram" DOCG 2019: Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. The nose reveals beautiful notes of small red fruits, spices and a light note of goudron, to embellish the olfactory profile. On the palate it is full and balanced, with mature and well-developed tannins, of great persistence. The Morellino di Scansano of Tenuta Torciano di Poggiomoreto meets the tradition of a family that has been working in wine for 300 years with love, dedication and authority with Italian culture. This wine was born in the territory of the Tuscan Maremma, in the vineyards and in the cellar of Scansano.
Nobile di Montepuciano DOCG 2018: This wine is produced with selected grapes of Prugnolo, that are characteristics of the district of Montepulciano. The vintage 2017 was a regular season, with a slightly maturation and a season finale with some rain. So, the result is a more elegant Sangiovese than ever, which enhances its earthy and spicy tones. The bouquet opens to wild fruit aromas with distinct mineral tones, that define and delineate the aromatic offering. The mouthfeel reveals good complexity, his color is a strong ruby, brilliant color tending to garnet with age.
Chianti Classico "Vicario" DOCG 2018: A Selected Sangiovese Grosso grapes cultivated on hilly ground in polychrome schist soils at an altitude of 400m a.s.l. With a deep, bright, clear ruby red tending to garnet with age. Its bouquet is intense with a slight aroma of violet. The flavor is harmonious, dry, tasty and slightly tannic, refining to smooth and velvety with time. The deal companion for noble poultry, game and mature cheeses. Excellent with pasta served with tasty meat sauce (pappardelle for the best), roast meat, finely sliced raw meat and pecorine cheese.
