Each Celebration's Day, we release a limited allocation of Cabernet Sauvignon vintages from our Torciano Cave Collection. This annual release lasts only until the year's supply sells out, with our rarest and most acclaimed vintages often selling out within weeks of release.

Beautifully bottled with a distinguished bottle painted by hand, every bottles is different in the design, we take tremendous pride in these wines, and we are thrilled to share our annual reserve with you!

Wine Description:

Our Terrestre, forming part of the line of Super-Tuscan wines linked to the great territory of our region, has proved to be a great success and has received an award at Vinitaly in Verona last April. This is a clone of the first grape Tuscany, mother of great Brunello. The Terrestre has a musky smell with sweet notes of dried leaves, characteristics of the Tuscan woods. The scent of vanilla derives from the first quality used for aging and the famous land of Montalcino, the quality of which exalt the natural scents.

Recommend with the pasta with a sauce made from red meat or in conjunction with roast meat. In the month of Sept, in Tuscany, at the beginning of the month have occurred of thunderstorms, creating discomfort during the step of harvesting the grapes but helping to make an overall great wine

Located in central Italy along the Tyrrhenian coast, Tuscany is home to some of the world's most notable wine regions. Toscana IGT is the most famous – and the most commonly used – of Italy's Indicazione Geografica Tipica (IGT) titles. The geographical region it indicates is, in short, Tuscany.

Toscana IGT wines can be made in any village in any of Tuscany's 10 provinces.

Grapes:

This wine is produced with a blend of 5 different grapes, all cultivated in Tuscany. But what about “Super Tuscans”? In the 1970s, Tuscan wine producers began to experiment with foreign grape varietals, such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. By combining these with the Sangiovese grape, they created Super Tuscan wines, an unofficial category of Tuscan wines that is not recognized within the Italian wine classification system.
