This was possible thanks to the perfect seasonal trend that guaranteed an extraordinary ripening of the grapes on all 4 slopes of Montalcino, thus generating a wine of impressive precision, in the vivid fruits, with elegant tannins, of succulent acidity, despite a great maturity. and wealth. Intense ruby color with garnet reflections; intense and enveloping aroma, with a slight presence of jam, well integrated with hints of plum, ripe cherry, licorice, tobacco; very slight and elegant note of leather. Powerful structure, with tannins present but with a soft and sweet consistency; great persistence and great aging potential. Recommended with: roasted red meats, game, truffle dishes, aged cheeses.
Tenuta Torciano | Brunello di Montalcino "Gioiello Gold" 2015 Montalcino in the province of Siena, famous for its history and natural and artistic beauty.This wine is made exclusively from Sangiovese Grosso grapes, called "Brunello", cultivated in hilly areas with good exposure at an altitude of 400m a.s.l. on ground which dates back to the Ecocenico Era. Over the years it has gradually acquired greater fragrance, a more velvety flavour, greater harmony and a delicately intense bouquet.
Its color is a deep ruby red, tending to garnet with age. The vintage was presented with a hot summer but throughout the year temperatures were maintained regular, with important rains in the month of May and June. Also in the month of Sept, in Tuscany, at the beginning of the month have occurred of thunderstorms, creating discomfort during the step of harvesting the grapes but helping to make an overall great wine.

It has a strong personality with a dry, full, smooth, well balanced flavour. Excellent with pasta dishes garnished with sauces made from wild boar andm eat, with tasty noble game roasts and poultry as the Fiorentina Steak.
Also exceptionally good with mature and spicy cheeses.
