For the Rosso di Montepulciano was made a choice without compromise: were selected vineyards with the characteristics most peculiar to obtain a young wine, fruity, full-bodied but not hard.

BLEND


Selected grapes of Prugnolo (Sangiovese grosso), Canaiolo, Tuscany. These grapes are cultivated on hilly land at an altitude of 250/600 metres.

 

CHARACTERISTICS


Color:Strong ruby, brilliant colour tending to garnet with age./p>

Bouquet: Strong with light-violet fragrance, elegant.

Flavor:Sapid, mellow and soft-velvet.

 

WINEMAKING


Aged in oak barrels for 2 years and in bottle for 6, its value and its fabric require major red meat or aged cheese of the best class. Maceration on the peels with controlled temperature fermentation.

 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS


Serve at a temperature of 18° -20°C.
