The Bolgheri of Tenuta Torciano born in Tuscany. It is produced at 40% with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, 40% with Merlot grapes and 20% with Syrah grapes, vinified with a careful control of the fermentation temperature. Before bottling, the wine rests for 12 months in oak barrels, to create a perfect combination of power and amiability. The Bolgheri Gioiello is characterized by an intense ruby ​​red color, enriched by violet reflections. The bouquet has intense fruity scents, with evident hints of blackberry and blueberry and light spicy nuances of leather and tobacco. In the mouth is a wine of great structure, with tannins present but soft and velvety and excellent persistence. Perfect to accompany red meats, it is ideal in combination with the traditional Florentine steak. Excellent also with aged cheeses.
