Tenuta Torciano is located in the heart of Tuscany a few minutes from San Gimignano . Our history sees 13 generations of winemakers who have been able to give life to high quality wines, where the knowledge of ancient methods of cultivation and winemaking blends with modern technologies.

 
 
 
 

Rooms & Suites

The bedrooms are all double and have a romantic Tuscan style, with iron beds, Tuscan furniture and terracotta floors, with bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

The spaces available to guests are wide-ranging, with a beautiful panoramic view overlooking green hills planted with vineyards, or the secret garden with secular cypresses and fruit trees that refresh from the hot summer sun for a relaxing moment reading a book , listening to the sound of the birds.

Far from the chaos of tourism of the great Tuscan cities of art, but surrounded by nature, the one we all dream of, perhaps while sipping a good glass of wine.

Take a closer look at the vineyards and their beautiful surroundings. Beautiful, joyful, everlasting perfection, in the vineyard area Flowers, vases, ribbons, sighs, smiles, laughter, toasts, food and wines!

From "Tenuta Torciano" it is possibile to reach in a few time very important turistic destinations: San Gimignano in 5 minutes, Colle di Val d'Elsa in 15', Siena in 20', Firenze in 30', Lucca in 35', Volterra in 40'. The motorway is at ten minutes drive.

All rooms have access to a large garden with sunbathing area and private parking. Adjacent at FARMHOUSE there is the WINE-CELLAR, the old wine storage, the WINE TASTING ROOM and the ENOTECA TENUTA TORCIANO where you can enjoy good wines.

Truffle Private Forest

Built around the Elsa River, In this private truffle land within Tenuta Torciano, you will discover precious white and black truffles.

You will be taught how to identify the various species of trees and the ideal habitat for truffle growth, together at dogs and truffle instructor.


This is an amazing experience to live with all your family or friends into the nature.

 
 

Wine Cellar with Prestigious Wine Tasting

A food and wine tour immersed in the splendid vineyards of the estate in San Gimignano, to discover all the beauty of this famous area.

In cellar you can discover a wide selection of labels produced in the family's estates. In addition to wines, it is possible to taste and buy fine products from the family estates, such as olive oil, truffle oil, balsamic vinegar and artisanal products from other local excellences.

You will taste wines with selected specialties of Tuscan cuisine, many of which are prepared with ingredients from our garden and farm. The experience unfolds along paths linked to wine, the territory, culture and tradition; recounting a 300 year long passion.

Vegetable Garden

At the Torciano restaurant, the vegetable garden and our farmers are there waiting for you to choose the vegetables for your lunch. Upon arrival, you see it in the lined rows overflowing with green lettuce plants, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, aubergines, courgettes and lots of nature ready to be chosen by you and collected together with our greengrocer. You see it in the outrageous floral shows in the dining room.

It is on the menu and on the plate, from the appetizer to the first dish, to the second dish with side dish up to the dessert with the fruit of our orchard.

And while you enjoy the taste of fresh homemade products, you can look around and admire our vineyards, our garden with the scents and colors of roses, with a glass of wine in hand, walking in our half-acre vegetable garden behind the restauran.
