Bolgheri Gioiello The Bolgheri Gioiello is characterized by an intense ruby red color, enriched by violet reflections. The bouquet has intense fruity scents, with evident hints of blackberry and blueberry and light spicy nuances of leather and tobacco. In the mouth is a wine of great structure, with tannins present but soft and velvety and excellent persistence. Perfect to accompany red meats, it is ideal in combination with the traditional Florentine steak. Excellent also with aged cheeses.
Brunello Gioiello Montalcino in the province of Siena, famous for its history and natural and artistic beauty.This wine is made exclusively from Sangiovese Grosso grapes, called "Brunello", cultivated in hilly areas with good exposure at an altitude of 400m a.s.l. on ground which dates back to the Ecocenico Era. Over the years it has gradually acquired greater fragrance, a more velvety flavour, greater harmony and a delicately intense bouquet.
Its color is a deep ruby red, tending to garnet with age. It has a strong personality with a dry, full, smooth, well balanced flavour. Excellent with pasta dishes garnished with sauces made from wild boar andm eat, with tasty noble game roasts and poultry as the Fiorentina Steak.
Also exceptionally good with mature and spicy cheeses. The vintage was presented with a hot summer but throughout the year temperatures were maintained regular, with important rains in the month of May and June. Also in the month of Sept, in Tuscany, at the beginning of the month have occurred of thunderstorms, creating discomfort during the step of harvesting the grapes but helping to make an overall great wine.
Tuscan Blend Elegant and personal flavor. With a deep ruby red tending to garnet with age it's a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot. Its bouquet is Round, complete and elegant. Has a dry, full and smooth flavor. The prime quality and structure of this wine demand excellent first courses and risottos with sauces made from game, red meat, and mature spicy cheeses.
