Procedure:
Pour the coffee into a bowl so it cools well. In another dish put the grated coconut.
Take a biscuit and with the help of a knife, spread the cream and cover with another cookie above. Press gently to adhere. At this point, quickly dip the biscuit in the coffee and then cover with coconut flour.
Run well on all sides so that the coconut adheres to the whole surface of the cookie. Place them in a serving dish or on a baking sheet and let them cool in the fridge. Pulling out of the fridge just before serving, the cookies "twins" with Nutella and coconut are ready!
