Procedure:
Choose a good red wine from your cellar, such as a Baldassarre or Bartolomeo. A wine that has a red fruit aftertaste. Take a high bowl that can comfortably enter the freezer.
Pour into the bowl 4 glasses of red wine, a glass of water and add the sugar. Mix everything and keep it in a freezer. Every 30 minutes turn the mixture and put in freezer.
Once frozen completely, you can serve with mint leaves or red fruits. Ideal for the end of a meal, or for a refreshing summer afternoon.
