Procedure:
We wash the grapes and cut them in half, then we peel the sausage and cut it into pieces.
Grate sausages for 5 minutes in a non-stick frying pan where you pour 4 tablespoons of oil. As soon as it starts to sizzle, we pour 1/2 glass of white wine (we recommend our Vernaccia di San Gimignano Poggioaicieli 2016) and let it evaporate a bit.
We join the thyme leaves, a nice salt garnish and the grapes. Now cook on a low flame for about 15 minutes. We wash the vine leaves and fine strips, and then fry them for a few minutes in warm oil; to bake we recommend our fantastic Extra Virgin Olive oil, with its intense and tasty flavor. Put apart and keep warm.
Meanwhile, boil the abundant and slightly salty water and add the noodles. Let go and pour into the frying pan with sausage sauce and raisins stirring.
Put the noodles in the dishes and decorate with it the cooked vine leaves and a black pepper ground.
