Method:

Clean the asparagus and boil in salted water for 8/10 minutes, drain and let them dry.

Roll out the roll of puff pastry and cut into 8 strips of dough about 3 cm wide.

Roll out a slice of raw ham on each strip, add the asparagus and rolled up.

Brush the asparagus in the pastry with the beaten egg and cook in oven for 15 minutes at 200 ° C, until the dough is cooked and well browned.
