Orders

All orders, to be considered valid, must meet the following requirements:

• The order must be fully paid and accompanied by a valid proof of payment.

Discount codes, promo codes, gift vouchers, and gift cards are not cumulative and cannot be combined with one another.

Orders Terms & Conditions

This order will be processed through a legal and licensed shipping channel of distribution. Products purchased will be managed and invoiced by an authorized agent operating from one of our warehouses. The buyer is solely responsible for the purchase of alcoholic beverages. You authorize the retailer to act on your behalf to utilize a common carrier. Note: You have prepaid this order in European currency.

Your credit card company may apply an exchange rate that differs from the final amount paid.

Products are final sales and will NOT be eligible for refunds or cancellations. The shipping fee shown at checkout DOES NOT include any potential brokerage fees or customs duties that may be charged upon delivery.

We are not responsible for these additional charges, and our company will not reimburse them.

All orders are non-refundable, and cancellations are not permitted, even if the customer refuses the package. Orders are processed immediately once payment is confirmed, and we cannot accept requests for delayed delivery dates.

Terms of Use for the Purchase of Old Wine Vintages:

By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Nature of the Product
The wine sold is an old vintage and may display characteristics associated with its age. Bottles, labels, and corks may show signs of aging, wear, or natural deterioration.

Sold "As Is"
Old wine vintages are sold strictly on an “as is” basis, without any express or implied warranties or guarantees. The buyer acknowledges that the wine’s taste, aroma, color, and overall condition may have evolved over time and are beyond the seller’s control.

No Guarantee
The buyer understands and accepts that variations in taste and quality may naturally occur due to the wine’s age.

No Refund or Reimbursement
All sales of old wine vintages are final. No refunds or reimbursements will be issued. The buyer acknowledges the inherent risks associated with purchasing aged wines and understands that the wine’s condition and taste cannot be guaranteed.

Limited Liability:

Tenuta Torciano & Partners are not responsible for personal items or data left inside returned merchandise. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Our responsibility is limited solely to the monetary value of the merchandise.

Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within two business days of receipt.

Time of Delivery Order: 

Delivery times vary depending on the destination State; typically, delivery occurs between two and six weeks. In cases of severe weather or courier-related delays, a maximum delivery time of up to 14 weeks may be required.

Vintage Substitutions

On rare occasions, a selected wine vintage may sell out or be replaced by a newer release after your order is placed. We will not delay the order and will automatically substitute the wine with a comparable vintage. Substitutions are made only with a vintage of the same varietal and of equal or superior quality.

Costs of Delivery

All prices on the site include taxes, discounts, and delivery costs to the consignee’s State. During checkout, the electronic system will display the price of selected items along with the additional shipping and handling fees.

Any additional local customs taxes are not included.

Shipping Policy

You must be at least 21 years old to order and receive wine in the U.S. By placing an order, you represent to Tenuta Torciano and Tenute Giachi Srl that you are at least 21 years old. At the time of delivery, someone 21 years or older must be present during normal business hours to sign for the package. If no one is available, we recommend shipping to your business address to ensure fast and uninterrupted delivery. Void where prohibited by law.

Canadian, Australia, Extra EU, Extra US Shipping

For Canadian, Australian, Extra EU, and Extra US customers, the shipping fee displayed at checkout does not include possible brokerage fees or import duties that may be charged upon delivery. Tenuta Torciano and the Torciano Group are not responsible for these fees, and they are not refundable.

Extreme Weather

Extreme weather conditions (such as excessive heat or freezing temperatures) can challenge the safe shipping of wine.

When transit temperatures may compromise your wine, Tenuta Torciano will suggest weather-safe shipping options. Primarily, in extreme cold or heat, we recommend:

• Choosing Next Day Air to a business address or FedEx Store for faster delivery and a guaranteed signature.
• Selecting “Hold Until Safe,” allowing us to ship once weather conditions improve. We monitor conditions closely and release shipments as soon as safely possible. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking notification via email.
