Wine Etiquette & Wine Tasting
During the dinner our wine instructor will present the Tasting in full vertical of 14 types of products such as Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Chianti, Chianti Classico, Brunello di Montalcino, Nobile di Montepulciano, four types of Supertuscan Riserva with vintages 2014 and 2015, three types of extra virgin olive oil, reserve balsamic vinegar and dessert wine. During the tasting, topics such as winemaking techniques for wine production, etiquette of the glass with insights on perfumes and senses, taste buds and wine / food pairing will be addressed.
The arrival time is 17:00
The guests will be divided into teams: each table corresponds to a team and guided by the sommeliers will challenge each other to guess the correct food and wine matches! It will be the team that will score the most points that it will win and to which they will give three bottles of wine from our cellar…
