Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups (250 g) flour "00"
- 2 cups (500 ml) whole milk
- Butter, as needed
- Nutella, to taste
- Fresh strawberries, to taste
- Icing sugar, to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Batter
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk and mix well.
Gradually add the flour, whisking until you obtain a smooth and lump-free batter.
Cover and let the batter rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Cook the Crepes
Heat a non-stick pan or crepe pan (18–22 cm) and lightly grease it with butter.
Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, tilting it to spread evenly.
Cook for about 1 minute until lightly golden, then flip and cook the other side for another minute.
Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
Fill and Serve
Spread Nutella over each crepe while still warm.
Fold into quarters and top with fresh strawberries.
Dust with icing sugar and serve immediately.
