For the Beef in Red Wine
- 600 g beef (cut from muscle)
- 1 bottle red wine
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns

Prepare the Meat
Cut the beef into large chunks (about 5 cm pieces).
Place the meat in a pot or clay dish with the peeled garlic cloves and black peppercorns.
Marinate
Pour in the red wine until the meat is fully covered.
Let marinate for about 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.
Slow Cook

Turn the meat occasionally and add more wine if needed to keep it moist.
Finish
Once the meat is tender and the sauce has reduced, season with salt and ground black pepper.
Serve
Serve hot with slices of toasted Tuscan bread.
Perfect enjoyed with a glass of full-bodied red wine.
