Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/4 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the Garlic
Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring, until they turn pink. Season with salt and black pepper, then transfer them to a warm serving plate.
Prepare the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the white wine and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and cook for about 30 seconds to reduce slightly.
Combine
Reduce the heat, return the shrimp to the pan, and add the chopped parsley. Stir gently until everything is heated through.
Serve
Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with extra parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
