Ingredients
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups Prosecco
- 55 g sugar
- 4 gelatin sheets
- Fresh berries or small fruits (to taste)
Method
Prepare the syrup
Combine water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Soften the gelatin
Pour the Prosecco into a bowl and add the gelatin sheets.
Let them soften for about 5 minutes.
Dissolve the gelatin
Remove the gelatin from the Prosecco, squeeze out excess liquid, and add it to the hot syrup.
Whisk until completely dissolved.
Combine
Add the gelatin syrup back into the Prosecco and mix well.
Chill
Allow the mixture to cool completely.
Divide into small glasses and add fresh fruit.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours until set.
Serving
Serve chilled as a light and elegant dessert.
