Prepare the Sauce

Melt the butter in a saucepan with a few sage leaves. Add the diced ham and cook gently for a few minutes without over-browning. Season with black pepper.

Add the smoked salmon and cook briefly. Pour in the cream, season with salt, and let the sauce combine for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat.

Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles until al dente. Drain and transfer to a warm serving dish.

Combine & Finish

Toss the noodles with the prepared sauce. Add the caviar and gently mix.

Finish with a pinch of nutmeg and a generous sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.

Serve

Serve immediately while hot for a refined and elegant dish.
