Method:
To cook this fabulous meal you will have to start cooking spaghetti in boiling salted water until a proper "al dente" cooking and put in a large pot. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic and the chili pepper until softened, but be careful not to burn it.
Drain the spaghetti and add to sauce in frying pan. Drops of extra virgin olive oil, combine well and immediately transfer to bowls. Season with pepper olive oil and parmesan.
