Ingredients
- 900 g sea bream (scaled and cleaned)
- 400 g potatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 pinch dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
Method
Prepare the fish
Stuff the sea bream with rosemary, thyme, garlic cloves, salt, and pepper.
Prepare the potatoes
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
Arrange them on a baking tray and season with olive oil, salt, and oregano.
Baking
Place the sea bream on top of the potatoes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 40 minutes.
Serving
Once cooked, fillet the sea bream and serve with the roasted potatoes.
This dish pairs beautifully with a fresh glass of white wine.
