- 150 g stracchino cheese

Method
Prepare the filling
Remove the casing from the sausages and crumble the meat into a bowl.
Add the stracchino cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Mix thoroughly until smooth and well combined.
Prepare the bread
Slice the bread into medium-thick slices.
Spread the mixture evenly over each slice.
Baking
Arrange the slices on a baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 15 minutes.
Serving
Serve hot as a traditional Tuscan appetizer.
