Procedure:
First, remove the skin from the sausage, cut the sausage into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add the stracchino, salt and black pepper to taste. Mix the mixture well and make it as homogeneous as possible.
Cut the bread into slices and spread the mixture on each slice of bread.
Arrange the slices of bread in a pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, check the cooking of the sausage and when ready, serve the hot croutons.
