Ingredients
- 100 g rocket (arugula)
- 200 g mozzarella
- 100 g prosciutto crudo
- 8 fresh figs
- Balsamic vinegar, to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Salad
Wash and dry the rocket, then place it in a large bowl.
Dice the mozzarella and add it to the salad.
Cut the prosciutto into thin strips and mix it in.
Add the Figs & Season
Wash the figs and cut them into wedges.
Add them to the bowl, then season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and balsamic vinegar.
Toss gently and serve immediately.
You can substitute rocket with fresh spinach for a milder flavor.
