Pasta with zucchini, raw ham and burrata

Servings: 4 Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 150 g prosciutto crudo (raw ham)
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 125 g burrata
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Zucchini

Heat 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a pan with a clove of garlic.

Cut the zucchini into small cubes and cook over low heat until tender and lightly golden.

Cook the Pasta

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente.

Drain and transfer the pasta directly into the pan with the zucchini.

Combine & Finish

Sauté the pasta with the zucchini, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Add the prosciutto and burrata at the end, allowing the burrata to melt slightly and create a creamy texture.

Serve immediately.

A simple yet refined dish, where creamy burrata meets delicate zucchini and savory prosciutto—perfect with a fresh, light white wine.
