Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a pan and add the 'nduja. Let it melt over low heat until it becomes creamy.
Add the tomato pulp and gently mash it to create a rustic sauce. Lower the heat and let it simmer.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente.
Drain the pasta and transfer it directly into the sauce.
Add pecorino cheese and mix well to combine.
Serve hot with an extra sprinkle of pecorino cheese to taste.
