Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 2 ½ cups (500 g) broccoli
- 1 ½ cups (300 g) sausage
- ½ cup (100 g) mozzarella cheese
- ½ glass white wine
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Cook the Broccoli
Cut the broccoli into florets and boil them in salted water for about 10 minutes.
Prepare the Filling
In a pan, heat a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and brown a clove of garlic.
Drain the broccoli and sauté them in the pan for a few minutes.
Add the crumbled sausage and cook until browned, then deglaze with white wine and season with salt.
Assemble the Pie
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the puff pastry on top.
Prick the base with a fork.
Add the broccoli and sausage filling, then distribute the mozzarella cut into cubes over the surface.
Fold the edges slightly to form a border.
Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes, until golden.
Serve
Let the savory pie cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Delicious both warm and at room temperature.
