Ingredients

  • 500 gr of flour
  • 5 eggs
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: On a clean surface or in a large bowl, mound the flour and sprinkle in a pinch of salt. Create a well in the center using your fingers.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a fork and a pinch of salt. Pour the beaten eggs into the well in the flour. Mix with your hands until the dough starts to come together.
  3. Knead the Dough: • Continue working the dough until it is smooth and homogeneous. Shape it into a loaf, wrap it in foil, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll Out the Dough: Take small portions of the dough and flatten them with your hands. Lightly flour your work surface, then use a rolling pin to roll the dough to a thickness of about 2 mm.
  5. Cut the Pasta: Once rolled out, cut the dough into your desired shape—whether strips for pasta noodles or larger rectangles for lasagna sheets.
  6. Cook and Enjoy: Cook your fresh pasta with your favorite sauce. Fresh pasta cooks quickly and provides a genuinely delicious flavor. Enjoy your homemade Italian meal!
