Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente.
In a pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil and sauté the garlic with the chopped chili pepper.
After a few seconds, remove the garlic and add the tomato pulp. Season with salt and let the sauce cook for a few minutes.
Drain the pasta and transfer it to the pan with the sauce.
Add chopped parsley and mix well to combine all the flavors.
Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of black pepper.
Adjust the amount of chili according to your taste and serve hot.
