Ingredients
- 200 g spaghetti
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- Salt to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Chili-infused olive oil (optional)
Instructions
Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente.
Prepare the Oil Base
While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the sliced garlic and chili pepper and sauté gently until fragrant.
Be careful not to burn the garlic, as it will turn bitter.
Combine
Drain the spaghetti and transfer them directly into the pan.
Toss well to coat the pasta evenly with the oil.
Serve
Serve immediately with an optional drizzle of chili-infused olive oil.
Add grated Parmesan if desired.
