You can also use fettuccine, tagliatelle or other fresh pasta.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente.
In a large pan, melt the butter with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil over low heat. Add the sliced truffle and gently warm it to release its aroma.
Drain the pasta and transfer it directly into the pan. Toss well to coat evenly with the butter and truffle sauce.
Add a drizzle of truffle oil, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, and mix briefly. Serve immediately while hot.
