Oil Description:
The intense scent of rosemary meets the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cold pressed, in a condiment typical of the Mediterranean diet. Rosemary is the aromatic herb that has always been used in Italian cuisine.
The Mediterranean area is covered with very fragrant rosemary shrubs. Rosemary olive oil gives the typical freshness of the sea breeze.
Rosemary extra virgin olive oil is excellent added at final cooking stage to flavor stews and vegetable soups, to aromatize “focaccia” and bread.
It is recommended to prepare excellent marinades for meat and fish. It adds a stronger fragrant and flavor to your dishes. It is also recommended for use together with our garlic olive oil.
To best appreciate the quality of this oil, it is recommended to be used raw.
Store in a cool (14°/18°), dry place, away from light and sources of heat. After opening, it is advisable to close the cap properly after each use, to preserve its integrity.
