Vin Santo del Chianti Classico DOC 2013: Dark amber yellow color in the glass, with deep golden hues. The olfactory bouquet is complex and articulated, composed of hints that recall honey, vanilla, dried fruit and caramel. The taste is sweet, soft, velvety and dense, well balanced between sugars and freshness, and with excellent persistence. Perfect in combination with dry pastries, such as pies or biscuits, and especially with the famous Tuscan cantucci. We also recommend tasting it with almonds, dark chocolate and dried figs. These flavors, in fact, recall the complex and enveloping fragrances that Vin Santo di Montepulciano gives to the palate.
Vin Beato Dessert Wine: Made with Catarratto, Inzolia and Grillo grapes. Liqueur wine obtained from the off-skins fermentation of aged wines. With a deep orange color. The fragrance and perfumes are particularly enhanced. An excellent dessert wine, especially suitable with all types of sweets and biscuits. Exceptional with Tuscan "cantuccini", chocolate filled biscuits and cream cakes.
Passito IGT Toscana 2018: Sweet wine whose grapes are harvested in winter, once they are covered with gray mold. The refinement takes place initially in oak barriques and subsequently in the bottle. It is obtained from red and white grapes of Tuscany. Spicy bouquet, very pleasant and light in the mouth. Ideal in combination with dry pastries, especially with Tuscan cantucci biscuits with almonds, but you can also pair this wine with aged cheeses. Serve at 15° C (57 F).
