This wine is crafted from a meticulous selection of 65% Corvina and Corvinone, and 35% Rondinella grapes, all hand-harvested. Following a traditional appassimento process lasting 100 days, the wine achieves its depth and complexity. Amarone is then aged in wooden barrels for 24 months, followed by an additional 6 months of bottle aging before being released. This wine is elegant on the nose, offering vanilla aromas intertwined with notes of cherry, almond, and plum. On the palate, it reveals a full-bodied character, with a velvety texture that is both rich and satisfying. Perfectly paired with roasted meats, game dishes, and aged cheeses, this Amarone embodies a timeless expression of tradition and quality. A fantastic white wine that comes from a blend of 70% Vermentino and 30% Viogner. Product obtained from the pressing of the grapes, it is refrigerated to carry out a natural decantation of the must, with subsequent racking and alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Aging for 4 months in steel and three months in the bottle, it is a white wine with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, an intense and complex aroma of fresh white pulp fruits such as banana and pear. On the finish there are notes of clumps and yellow fruit, important fresh floral hints such as white thorn and mulberry.
