This wine is crafted from a meticulous selection of 65% Corvina and Corvinone, and 35% Rondinella grapes, all hand-harvested. Following a traditional appassimento process lasting 100 days, the wine achieves its depth and complexity. Amarone is then aged in wooden barrels for 24 months, followed by an additional 6 months of bottle aging before being released. This wine is elegant on the nose, offering vanilla aromas intertwined with notes of cherry, almond, and plum. On the palate, it reveals a full-bodied character, with a velvety texture that is both rich and satisfying. Perfectly paired with roasted meats, game dishes, and aged cheeses, this Amarone embodies a timeless expression of tradition and quality. Ideal with traditional first courses, cured meats, red and white meats and medium/mature cheeses.

This wine is made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, called "Brunello", cultivated in hilly areas with good exposure at an altitude of 400m a.s.l. on ground which dates back to the Ecocenico Era. Over the years it has gradually acquired greater fragrance, a more velvety flavour, greater harmony and a delicately intense bouquet. Its color is a deep ruby red, tending to garnet with age. It has a strong personality with a dry, full, smooth, well balanced flavour. Excellent with pasta dishes garnished with sauces made from wild boar and meat, with tasty noble game roasts and poultry as the Fiorentina Steak. Also exceptionally good with mature and spicy cheeses.

Exclusively produced with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Powerful and deeply expressive from the outset, with heady black currant, plum, and cedar aromas. Layered currant and black cherry flavors are elegantly accented by notes of clove. Bold, coating tannins frame the entire wine, and hints of slate add dimension to a dark, brooding finish. Ideal with grilled meat, structured first courses such as pappardelle with mushrooms or pasta with white meat ragù and medium-aged cheeses.
