Wine Description:

This wine comes from a careful selection of 100% Tuscan Merlot grapes and is the result of a careful viticultural and enological project, which tends to enhance the vineyards and local winemaking traditions.

Our Merlot is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with rich hints of red fruits, enriched with pleasant spicy notes and balsamic aromas of myrtle and eucalyptus. The taste is warm and full-bodied, with silky tannins. The wine has a long and harmonious persistence in the aftertaste.

Merlot is an excellent food wine due to its soft tannins, medium high acidity, and enjoyable fruit flavors. It can be paired with a wide range of dishes, from charcuterie and cheese to pork and veal. Merlot wine is almost always dry, but its strong fruit flavors can give an illusion of sweetness.

This makes it possible to pair it with both white and dark meat. Perfect to accompany first courses with meat sauce and red meats, is ideal for happy hour and in combination with cold cuts, pizza and finger food.
