Bolgheri Bianco "Luciana" - A fantastic white wine that comes from a blend of 70% Vermentino and 30% Viogner. Product obtained from the pressing of the grapes, it is refrigerated to carry out a natural decantation of the must, with subsequent racking and alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Aging for 4 months in steel and three months in the bottle, it is a white wine with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, an intense and complex aroma of fresh white pulp fruits such as banana and pear. On the finish there are notes of clumps and yellow fruit, important fresh floral hints such as white thorn and mulberry. The taste is harmonious, fresh and savory with a hint of mineral and a good persistence.
Vermentino "Peacock" - The vermentino grapes harvested for this white are meticulously selected. This wine has a pale-yellow color, and a nose of exotic yellow pulpy fruits. Its fresh flavor gives it an excellent balance and persistence in the mouth. The typical expressions of Vermentino, delicate, fresh and fragrant, make it particularly suitable when it's paired with seafood dishes. Its growning area, close to the coast, makes Vermentino a natural choice to pair seafood starters and first courses, shellfish, crustaceans and, in general, fish-based main courses. We suggest to try it with fresh cheeses and white meats.
Dama White Wine - Has an elegant, Characteristic bouquet which expresses all its freshness in the colour and aroma. Ideal served with vegetable and fish hors d'oeuvres, delicate first courses, herb risotto, consommès and generally with fish dishes with light, modern sauces.
Monnalisa White - "Has an elegant, Characteristic bouquet which expresses all its freshness in the colour and aroma. Ideal served with vegetable and fish hors d'oeuvres, delicate first courses, herb risotto, consommès and generally with fish dishes with light, modern sauces.
